About
Growth that can be trusted, including by the person doing the growing.
The Balanced Path is the individual route within The Balanced Movement. It is led by two people whose shared concern is the leader as a person: how they hold up, how they are trusted, and how they grow without losing what made them worth following.
The people behind the work
Two founders, one concern.
Both founders work where leadership meets trust and communication. On the Path their attention is the individual: what changes for you, and how you carry the role when the pressure is real.

Maarten Lemmers
Integrated Executive Advisor
Maarten works at the meeting point of strategy, reputation, trust and leadership, advising senior people on the decisions where those things converge. His coaching helps leaders grow without losing trust, integrity or humanity, and is built for those who want a thinking partner with judgement at the level they operate.

Jeffrey van Campenhout
Co-founder
Jeffrey's contribution is composure and resilience under pressure. He works with leaders on staying steady when the stakes and the noise are high, so that judgement holds at the moments that matter most and the person does not lose themselves in the role.
Where the Path sits
The Balanced Path is the individual route within The Balanced Movement, a wider ecosystem for growth with integrity. When the need is organisational, a leadership team, a reputation question, or a decision that belongs to the business rather than the person, that work sits with The Balanced House, and we will point you there directly.
The Balanced House →Fit and ethics
Honest about fit, careful with trust.
Coaching, not therapyCoaching here is forward-looking development for people who are functioning well and want to lead better. It is not therapy or clinical treatment. Where what you are carrying belongs with a therapist or clinician, that is said plainly and the right step is named.
ConfidentialityWhat is said in these conversations is treated as confidential, within the limits any responsible practitioner observes.
When it is not the answerIf coaching is not the right instrument, or the need belongs elsewhere in the ecosystem, you will be told. An honest answer is the starting point of trust.
Book a Conversation
A single, unhurried conversation to understand the situation and whether this is the right place for it. No obligation, and an honest answer either way.
